Endowment of Ilija M. Kolarac

The building of the Kolarac People’s University on Students’ Square, built from the endowment of the merchant Ilija Milosavljević Kolarac, who bequeathed his estate to the education of the Serbian people. It was designed by architect Petar Bajalović, and its great hall is one of the most important concert halls in Belgrade.
