Bezdin Monastery

A Serbian monastery in the Mureș region, on the right bank of the Mureș, some thirty kilometres west of Arad, built in 1539. It belongs to the Eparchy of Timișoara of the Serbian Orthodox Church and bears witness to the centuries-long presence of the Serbs in the area.
